Ingredients:
1 bag frozen peaches
1/2 cup sugar
1 stick softened oleo
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions: Boil peaches in water until soft. Drain, saving 1 cup of the peach juice. Place the peaches on the bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of sugar on top of the peaches. Pour 1 cup of peach juice over all. Mix the oleo, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 cup flour, 2 teaspoons baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt until crumbly. Sprinkle on top of the peach filling. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until brown. Makes about 6 servings
