Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup margarine
1/3 cup shortening
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cream sugars, margarine, egg, and vanilla together. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips.
Place by rounded spoonfuls on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 9-11 minutes.
