Complete Contest Details:

• Open to participating classrooms within the 50 United States, and D. C.

• All students in the classroom must meet reading goals set by the teacher each month of the program.

• You must check off both of the boxes on the sweepstakes entry form, complete, sign the sweepstakes entry form, and return it (a photocopy is acceptable) to BOOK IT!, P.O. Box 2999, Wichita, KS 67201. Or, you can fax your sweepstakes entry form to 1-316-685-0977. Only one sweepstakes entry per teacher per class.

• Sweepstakes entry forms must be received by April 11, 2008, to be eligible for the prize drawing.

• Each of the ten winners of the All-Star Reader Sweepstakes will be drawn at random. All ten winners will receive one $500 Barnes & Noble Gift Card for the teacher's personal use, one $100 Barnes and Noble gift card for classroom use, and a drawstring backpack containing a selection of BOOK IT! incentive items and a $15 Pizza Hut gift card for each student in the class. Approximate retail value: $15,000.

• A random drawing of the winners from all valid entries will be completed on or about April 21, 2008. All entries become the property of Pizza Hut, Inc., and will not be returned.

• Winners will be notified by phone and/or certified mail on or about April 28, 2008. Distribution of prizes will take place on or about May 5, 2008.
