Black History Month 2021

We continue our celebration and education of Black History Month with three books and activities for you and your students, along with a special guest!

This week we asked Pizza Hut Chief Equity Officer Chequan Lewis, "who inspires you?". Share his video with your students, explore our three featured books and activities, and help your student discover their own influences, personal and historical.

The ABCs of Black History is a unique exploration of Black history and includes prominent figures and movements. 

28 Days: Moments in Black History that Changed the World shares a new story for each day of the month, highlighting influential Black Americans throughout history.

Black Heroes: A Black History Book for Kids: 51 Inspiring People from Ancient Africa to Modern-Day USA is an inspirational book and a great resource for Black History Month. It features both prominent and lesser-known heroes from history that will inspire every student.
