Personalized Certificates
They can be emailed to parents OR printed by teachers.
Rewarding Students
While parent approval is required for the fully personalized email experience, you can print blank certificates for students who do not have parental approval.
Parent Approval Process
Simply add student names to your digital classroom and distribute Parent Approval Letters. Parent Approval Letters expire 14 days after student names are added, so quickly distribute them.
Parents give their approval by accessing their unique QR code in the Parent Approval Letter and have the option to add their email address so rewards can be emailed directly to them when the student meets the goal.
Easy to Redeem
Parents can use the certificates in person, over the phone or online, for carry out, delivery or dine-in providing even more ways for them to celebrate their child's reading accomplishments!

Important Dates and Deadlines
August 15th - Teacher dashboard opens to enter student names
October 1st - Dashboard becomes active
15th of the month - Teachers have until the 15th of the month to award for the previous month, e.g. you have until November 15th to award for October
Once the monthly deadline has passed, all award links expire and are no longer available, so be sure to meet the deadline!
No Parent Approval Required
Simply select the number of students in your class and generate certificates monthly for those who reach their goals.
Rewarding Students
Monthly, sign in to your teacher dashboard to generate and print certificate for the number of students who reached their goal. You have until the 15th of each month to reward students for the previous month, for example, you have until November 15th to generate rewards for October.

1st - 15th of the month - Digital Basic Teachers can only issue awards from the 1st - 15th of the month for the previous month. e.g. you have from November 1st - November 15th to award for October
