Step 1: Click on “+ Add New Classroom”

On the Classroom Set Up screen enter:

• Teacher’s Name
• Class Name
• Grade
• Reading goal per day: choose the goal amount, then select minutes, pages, or books
• Number of days students must read to meet the monthly goal (Minimum: 15 days in the month to generate reward certificates)
• Readers List: enter each student’s name manually (first name or nickname; last name optional)
• Paste Readers List: paste a list of student names to auto-fill/replace

Step 2: Save Your Classroom

The max number of students per classroom is 40, If you have more than 40 students you will have to add another classroom. On the Dashboard, click on + add new classroom, enter all required information then click Save and Continue.

Click Save and Continue to proceed to the Classroom Reading Tracker.

A. Monthly View

• The current month displays by default
• Click a month to navigate between months

B. Calendar

• Visual reference of days in the month
• Tracks teacher logins to the website (indicated in purple)

C. Goal & Rewards Overview

• View your classroom goal
• View rewards claimed

D. Timer Feature

• Progress tracker shows days remaining to meet the classroom goal
• Use the built-in timer to monitor reading time
• Timer stops automatically once the goal time is reached

E. Student Tracking

• View a list of all students
• Use the slider to indicate days a student met the daily reading goal
• Total: number of days students must meet the daily goal per month
• Reward: indicates reward status
• For each student, mark how many days they’ve met their daily goal
• Use “Mark All” to update all students at once
